This guide provides six units with lesson plans, games, and teaching tips to increase the time that students are active. Each activity and lesson outlines objectives, necessary equipment, and procedures.

Promoting Healthy Activities Together (#7224)
This set includes a video, music CD, and guidebook for improving food and activity choices through hip-hop.

SPARK Active Recreation (#1755)

CASRC Resource Library
The CASRC is a statewide circulating library with health, safety, and academic resources available for four week loan, with free delivery, to California after school programs.
